The Role

  • Define the content marketing calendar and own the brand message, style and tone of voice.
  • Create and manage the content with the Marketing Agency, relevant to target audiences, optimising the path to conversion, including written content and creative.
  • Facilitate/create blogs, eBooks, white papers, infographics and share effectively through the website, content syndication, social media channels, LinkedIn & Twitter and email.
  • Plan various social/email campaigns relevant to Proventeq Product & its Service lines.
  • Manage social media channels with a principle of “Always on Social”.
  • Integrate content programs with brand campaigns to drive brand to demand.
  • Champion the sharing of news coverage and content by employees.
  • Agree marketing performance metrics and report against these.

Required Skills

  • Degree level education or equivelant
  • A proven track record with a software vendor in the B2B space
  • Experience creating content for the web and growing a social audience, PR experience
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, blog publishing software, and social media publishing tools, as well as the major social media channels
  • Use of Adobe Creative Suite, Drupal / Liferay or similar
  • Exhibit an on page and off page SEO understanding
  • Ability to analyse and present content performance
  • Experience with external agencies and the content creator community to develop new content
  • Good reach with third party content creator communities related to IT technology business
  • Knowledge of data/insights, document management using SharePoint and other Enterprise Content Management platforms
