Using the Content Insights tool, we analyzed, identified and resolved errors within our client's existing content landscape before migration. Our team also restructured their content architecture to enhance content access and navigation in SharePoint.

We implemented security mappings, metadata and taxonomy rules, ensuring data integrity and security. Additionally, documents were stored in customer-specific libraries in SharePoint to maintain compliance requirements.

Our team optimized the content structure by applying custom classification rules, reducing 29 content types to just 5 in the target system. This simplification enhanced the user navigation and information architecture, enabling users to quickly find documents they need on time.
