We are looking for a Sharepoint administrator to join our growing team.

2 - 5 years of experience in SharePoint administration

The Role

  • Supporting SharePoint environment with client request and requirements.
  • Maintaining and extending the Farm for L3 server related SharePoint issues.

Required Skills

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in SharePoint administration – SharePoint upgrade, health analyzer, windows patch support
  • Knowledge of SharePoint service applications - search, user profile, managed metadata, distributed cache
  • Knowledge of application support and maintenance tools like Remedy, Zendesk, ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of ITIL process – incident priority 1/2 tickets, service request and change request process
  • Experience with agile, waterfall software development processes
  • Excellent communication skills, including client-facing abilities
