They faced the challenge of migrating over 1 million items from OpenText eDOCS to SharePoint, along with transitioning its Oracle WebCenter Intranet to Liferay Site. This project was complex due to the involvement of multiple databases.

Accessing millions of candidate CVs in their legacy system was challenging, so they needed to migrate to a flexible platform with advanced search functionalities.

Migrating from Oracle WebCenter Intranet to Liferay Site required replicating and modernizing the user interface post-implementation. Redeveloping existing business applications to meet current and future business needs can be quite complex.

Streamlining file search
OpenText eDOCS content was migrated to SharePoint as a central repository.
To enhance data search for stakeholders, we then used API integration to connect the custom Liferay portal to SharePoint. This displays geo-specific candidate information directly within the Liferay portal, retrieving data seamlessly from SharePoint Online.
Optimization user interface
Following the migration from Oracle WebCenter to Liferay site, our team focused on modernizing the user interface, using well-defined requirements and navigation paths to enhance the experience for site visitors.
