Our client encountered challenges with the additional cost of maintaining their IBM FileNet platform, which is mostly associated with managing legacy ECM systems. They eventually required a more scalable, modern and cost-effective platform.
Unstructured data system
Due to the complexity of the system, data had to be classified, consolidated and enriched to meet the demands of navigation and accessibility in SharePoint, improving collaboration and user efficiency.
Advanced security required
DLF Limited needed a platform to enable them to restrict user access to document views, reads and prints for internal and external usage. A more advanced security system was also required to help them stay compliant with regulatory standards.

Decomissioning to SharePoint
We decommissioned IBM FileNet P8 and transitioned to SharePoint Online, a cost-effective platform. Our team also provided adoption support to allow DLF Limited to gain maximum value from Microsoft 365 features.
Restructuring data
Our team implemented classification rules and structure mappings in SharePoint to allow for easy user navigation, content accessibility and collaboration, enhancing efficiency and user experience.
Implementing security features
Security requirements were remodeled, including implementing user permissions and retention labels to allow our client to safeguard and have granular control over its data.
