Proventeq's Solution

Discovery & analysis

We performed a comprehensive data discovery session to help our team to identify and remove any unwanted data across their disparate systems and determine which high-value data needed to be migrated to the new environment.

Restructuring & optimization

Data was first structured, followed by us transforming SharePoint's information architecture to meet Schreiber foods bespoke needs facilitating easy content search and enhancing collaboration across sites.

Customization & integrations

Post-migration customizations were set up to allow for native integration with M365 tools and other LoB apps. Our specialists helped to tailor their migration to meet their specific business needs through custom workflows and metadata.

Item-audit trail

An item-level audit was performed to ensure every content asset was successfully transformed and migrated to comply with the constraints of the new environment, ensuring data compliance, security and accountability.

The Results

Improved team collaboration

SharePoint Online has enhanced our client's collaborative needs by integrating seamlessly with Microsoft tools such as Teams, providing a centralized hub for file sharing. Its intuitive user interface has improved the user experience with easy navigation.

Smarter content with enhanced search

Migration Accelerator’s OCR functionality has the power to consolidate content intelligently to cloud platforms including SharePoint Online, enabling quick document findability from a centralized system. With SharePoint's advance AI search capabilities, users can find the information they need on time.

Enhanced security & compliance

SharePoint Online offers granular permissions to restrict access to Schreiber Food's sensitive business documents, including built-in compliance features in Microsoft 365, which enables the company to meet regulatory requirements.

The migration process could have taken much longer due to the extensive metadata and clean-up required from past versions. However, Proventeq ensured a smooth transition, and their team was consistently prompt in resolving reported incidents.
