Proventeq is pleased to announce that Rakesh Chenchery will be speaking at the European Collaboration Summit 2026 this May in Cologne.
Following our recent announcement, “Proventeq365 Launches at ECS 2026: Take Control of Microsoft 365 Content Lifecycle”, this session adds to our presence at the event, bringing a focused discussion on one of the most important topics in Microsoft 365 today: governance and AI readiness.
Rakesh Chenchery, CTO at Proventeq, had this to say ahead of the event,

About the Session
Rakesh’s session, “Fix It Before Copilot Finds It – Tackling M365 Governance for AI-Ready Results”, focuses on the governance challenges that can quietly undermine Microsoft 365 environments and impact AI outcomes.
The session will explore how issues such as oversharing, redundant content and unstructured data not only introduce risk, but also reduce the effectiveness of tools like Copilot. It will then outline a practical, tiered approach to identifying and addressing these challenges, from using native Microsoft capabilities through to more advanced analytics and purpose-built solutions.
