We are 100% committed to helping our Clients achieve their business goals. Here is a partial list of organisations that have used our services with great success:
Hays - Recruiting experts worldwide

Hays is the leading global specialist recruitment group, and the market leader in the UK and Australia, placing professional candidates into permanent, temporary and interim jobs.
Starting May 2008, Hays Specialist Recruitment undertook a technology renovation program to build a consolidated Front-office platform for its 250+ offices spread across 30 countries. Proventeq, in the capacity of Solution Architecture and Design consultants, helped Hays deliver an integrated Front Office system with innovative features for increasing business productivity. Proventeq expertise in migration solutions helped Hays consolidate the fragmented data stored in numerous legacy repositories on to a central Oracle database and move the intranet content on to SharePoint. Proventeq also helped revamp Hays Digital presence by delivering a Content Managed Website and iPhone/Android apps for Job searching.
By using the right mix of technology and methodology for solving business problems, Proventeq has helped Hays build a technology platform which will strengthen its global leadership in years to come.
Cancer Research, UK

Cancer Research UK is the world's leading independent organisation dedicated to cancer research. As a charity in 2007/08, they had a scientific spend of £333m and they funded over 4,500 world-class scientists, doctors and nurses.
Proventeq have migrated CRUK’s entire Cancer Help and News & Resources web sites into a common Oracle UCM platform. Presentation and design are very important to CRUK – they have won ‘Website of the year’ in 2007 & 2008 – so we had to work very hard to ensure that we met their high standards.
The Department of Health, UK

The Department of Health works to improve the quality and convenience of care provided in the UK by the National Health Service and UK Social Services.
Given just 90 days, Proventeq were engaged by DoH to help them migrate their ultra-complex intranet site from IBM WebSphere Portal to Oracle UCM. We did it.
The Department for Education, UK

Before its name change in 2010, the DfE was known as The Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF) and for the first time it allowed children, young people and their families have a voice at the heart of UK government.
Proventeq migrated DCSF’s web sites from Meridio to SharePoint 2007 Record Centre. The need for business continuity was paramount as the underlying source content was constantly changing. This very large and tricky migration included a significant amount of highly complex nested content.
Major insurance company, UK
Proventeq undertook a project for a household-name UK insurer. They are one of the fastest growing insurers ever, with over 1 million customers within the last 5 years.
When they wanted to undertake a significant upgrade to their legacy ECM, they didn’t have time to plan and run the migration in-house, so they trusted Proventeq to get the work done and save them money.
Major insurance company, USA
Proventeq undertook a significant migration project for a major US insurance company operating in almost every state. They have been specialising in business insurance for over a hundred years.
During the project, as well as migrating between different ECM solutions, we had to transform the content from Adobe Framework to Microsoft Word 2007 format. The automated migration saved them tens of thousands of dollars.
