SharePoint Helpdesk Engineer

We are looking for a Sharepoint helpdesk engineer to join our growing team.

 

The Role

  • Understanding the Requirements and request from the user.
  • Maintaining the ticket status
  • Escalating the task accordingly to the respective teams.

Required Skills

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in helpdesk administration – handling incident (Priority 1/2 tickets) service request and change request process
  • Knowledge of basic architecture of SharePoint
  • Knowledge of application support and maintenance tools like Remedy, Zendesk, ServiceNow
